CESPHN is inviting you to participate in our Overdue Childhood Immunisation QI Activity. 

Register your practice below to receive access to a dashboard containing a monthly report* extracted from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) listing children overdue for their routine NIP vaccinations. 

*Monthly report contains children aged 0-5 years, living in the CESPHN region who, according to the AIR, are not up to date with their National Immunisation Program (NIP) vaccinations. All children included in report had received their last vaccination by a provider at your practice.
