Bondi Beach Incident Impact - Primary care and community service provider feedback

Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) is seeking feedback from primary care and community service providers on the impact of the December 2025 Bondi Beach Incident on you and the community members you support. Your feedback will help us better understand the issues community members are seeking support for, as well as identify any service or resource gaps.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

All responses will be treated as confidential. No personally identifying information from your responses will be released.

CESPHN will manage your data in line with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW).
